Terms of Service

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

• Service: the online conversion service at funda2fml.nl that transforms publicly available Funda listing data into FloorPlanner-compatible .fml files
• User: any natural or legal person using the Service
• We/Us: the provider of Funda2FML
• Rights holder(s): owners of trademarks such as Funda and FloorPlanner

These terms apply to all use of the Service and all agreements between you and us. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

We provide a conversion service via one-time purchases (€9 per conversion or €39 for 5 conversions) and a Pro subscription (€99 per year, unlimited). The Service only works when a listing has a digital FloorPlanner file or suitable floor plan images.

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, outages, or changes at third parties may temporarily limit the Service.

We do not guarantee that every Funda URL can be converted successfully. The free preview shows what is possible before payment.

You agree to:

• Submit only valid Funda URLs that you provide yourself
• Use the Service lawfully and not perform bulk scraping or abuse
• Not circumvent technical limits or overload the Service
• Provide accurate and current account and contact details
• Meet payment obligations
• Comply with Funda, FloorPlanner, and other third-party terms when using converted files

One-time payments are processed via Stripe (card or iDEAL). After successful payment and conversion, you receive the file by email.

Pro subscriptions are billed periodically via Stripe and can be cancelled from your profile. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

A 5-pack bundle is valid for 6 months from purchase. Unused conversions expire afterwards.

Refunds are provided when you paid but did not receive a valid conversion due to a technical issue on our side that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time. Contact support@funda2fml.nl.

All rights in the Funda2FML website, software, design, and our own content remain with us. You receive a usage right to delivered files for personal or business use under these terms.

Rights in underlying listing data, FloorPlanner projects, and third-party trademarks remain with the respective rights holders.

Funda and FloorPlanner are trademarks of their respective owners. Funda2FML is an independent tool and not an official Funda or FloorPlanner product or integration.

We do not claim ownership of third-party marks and use those names only to explain supported source and target formats (nominative / descriptive use).

• We must not use third-party names or logos in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership
• We process only listing information you submit via URL that is publicly accessible
• We are not responsible for changes, blocks, or restrictions imposed by Funda, FloorPlanner, or other third parties
• If a rights holder asks us to adjust our use, we will assess that reasonably and take action where appropriate

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant order in the preceding 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, lost profits, data loss, or damage caused by changes or outages at third parties.

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance and take effect after a reasonable period, unless earlier application is required by law.

Dutch law applies to this agreement. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
