• Why do I need Europass?

  Europass is the EU's standardized CV format. Many employers, universities, and public bodies in Europe ask for it — especially for cross-border applications, Erasmus, and EU projects. A LinkedIn PDF or Word CV does not fit that structure directly.

• How does the conversion work?

  Upload your CV PDF on the homepage for a free preview. Pay only when you are happy. Within 5 minutes you receive an Europass-ready .docx by email that you can open and edit in the Europass CV editor.

• Does this work with LinkedIn?

  Yes — LinkedIn PDF exports work best. Other text-based CV PDFs may work too. Scanned PDFs (image only) are not supported. The free preview shows what we can detect.

• How much does a conversion cost?

  One CV: €9. Five CVs within 6 months: €39. Regular conversions (coaches, recruiters, frequent EU applicants): Pro €99/year unlimited.

• How do I import into Europass?

  Go to europass.europa.eu, open the CV editor, and choose Start from Europass CV. Upload the .xml file you received (Europass XML). Then review all fields — AI and heuristics can miss details.

• How do I receive my file?

  After payment we email your .docx within 5 minutes. No account needed for one-time purchases. Check spam if you do not see it.

• Is my data handled securely?

  Yes. CV files are stored encrypted, used only for your conversion, and not shared with third parties. See our privacy policy for details.

• What if the conversion fails?

  Always start with the free preview. If you paid but did not receive a usable file due to a technical issue on our side, email support@cv2europass.com with your order ID for help or a refund.
