Funda2FML (funda2fml.nl) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use our conversion service, why we do so, and your rights under the GDPR.

CV2Europass is the data controller for personal data collected through funda2fml.nl.

3.1 Data you provide

• Name and email address during registration or checkout
• Account data via Netlify Identity (email, optional Google OAuth profile)
• Funda URLs you submit for preview or conversion
• Messages sent through the contact form

3.2 Automatically collected data

• IP address, browser, and device information
• Order, payment, and conversion history in our database
• Technical logs and security data

3.3 Listing data

When you submit a Funda URL, we process publicly accessible listing information required for conversion (such as address, floor plan metadata, and images). We do not build a Funda catalogue or perform bulk scraping.

We use data only to:

• Deliver preview and conversion services
• Manage accounts, orders, and credits
• Process payments and billing
• Deliver files and service emails
• Provide support, prevent fraud, and secure the service
• Improve reliability and error handling

• Performance of a contract (service delivery)
• Legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, service improvement)
• Legal obligation (administrative and tax retention)
• Consent where required (e.g. optional communications)

We share data only with processors required to run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email
• Netlify — hosting, Identity, database, and file storage
• Google — optional OAuth sign-in

These parties process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal data.

We do not share personal data with third parties except:

• Processors as described above
• When legally required
• To protect our rights, users, or system security
• With your explicit consent

• Conversion files: up to 30 days unless longer retention is needed for support
• Order and account data: as long as needed for the service and legal record-keeping
• Contact form messages: as long as needed to handle your request
• Logs: limited retention for security and troubleshooting

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
